Each animal has their own personality and wants which I am here for, to adapt to what they need. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter for a couple years, handling both dogs and cats (and the oddballs we would receive such as chickens, ferrets, turtles, snakes, and roosters). Each day was different but I would usually walk, play and give treats to the dogs from ages between .5 months to 13 years old. I have dealt with a range of all sizes and aggressiveness and is trained of how to deal with all. As for cats, I love them all so if you have cats in the house as well, I am all for it. I’m sure we can all share that cats tends to be easier to care for than dogs! At the shelter, I went through a month of training with different mentors to understand what to do when the dog is scared, aggressive, shocked (etc.). I am only here to make it the best for your babes. I am currently taking classes (all online) for my masters and work full time, overnight so I am home during the day. I do own a 3 yo pug, Phoebe, who’s spayed and is very friendly and submissive. I devoted my availability to dog-sitting on Rover and through network. I have two leashes of my own, clip and slip-on, to use if needed. I am comfortable putting eazy-walks on dogs if needed as well as putting some trainings necessary for new babes and puppies.
