I grew up with a dog that I spent at least 5 years convincing my parents to get. She was a border collie, pointer mix and I absolutely adored her. She was the family dog, but we had a really special bond. I taught her all kinds of tricks and loved taking her for long walks and runs. I have also dog sat for multiple friends dogs over the years. I love being around dogs of all kinds and it brings be great joy to spend time with them. I’m a pretty active person so it’s not a problem to go on long walks in all types of weather.
