Pet care experience
As a former project manager who is now halfway through a masters program in computer science, I'm home full-time and will be responsible, responsive, and loving to your precious fur baby! With two dogs of my own and several years of dog fostering under my belt, I have plenty of experience in caring for a large variety of dogs with various needs.
Reviews
Had a bad experience last time I used Rover. Met Sydney and Connor and they were an answered prayer to finding a sitter for Mercedes. I highly recommend them and appreciate the updates and reassurance I needed during my trip
Sidney took amazing care of our pup! It was his first time being away from us for a weekend and she made sure to keep him comfortable and happy the whole time. We loved getting the personal updates in pictures throughout the weekend which truly let us not worry at all! We will absolutely be having Sidney watch our pup again soon.
Usually I feel bad leaving my dog with someone away from home, this time I felt bad picking him up! Sidney was extremely communicative and did very well with my dog. He had an absolute blast and got good exercise and play time.
Very friendly and communicative, but my pup has a lot of energy and requires a lot of attention so wasn't a good fit. Would recommend Sidney for more sedentary, older dogs!

My fiancé and I live in the Woodland Heights, and our home has two separate fenced-in yards - one in the front and one in the back. We have an XL crate (48in L X 30in W X 32in H) to keep your dog safely contained and comfortable for sleep, and use baby gates/separate rooms to quarantine during meal times. Our two dogs are well-socialized and well-versed in the process of meeting new dogs.

Information Sidney S. would like to know about your pet
I always appreciate as much information about your dog as you're able to provide. Info I will always ask for include: meal time and food quantity, exercise needs, and physical/emotional sensitivities.
A typical day
A typical day will start with a potty break and play time, either in the yard or on a walk beneath the beautiful live oaks in our neighborhood. Afterwards, breakfast will be served and some downtime will be enjoyed! Your dog will be allowed to come and go in and outside throughout the day, with careful monitoring of the heat index. As the day cools off, more time may be spent outdoors, either playing in our small kiddy pool or lounging in the shade of our huge fig tree. Dinner time will come after the humans eat, followed by relaxing evening time and possibly a long post-dinner walk. Weekend activities might include a longer walk along White Oak Bayou (which is only 1 mile from our house) or a trip to Johnny Steele dog park.

Availability
I tutor remotely and complete all my schoolwork online, so I'm home all day, every day! Dogs that stay with us are always in and out of the house throughout the day, and receive multiple walks and/or runs a week.
