Sibei was wonderful with Milo! Milo is very shy and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but he warmed up to her almost right away! She was very patient with him and sent lots of pictures to keep me posted while I was away. Milo had the best time with her and her other pups and I would definitely book her again!

TL;DR = Without any reservations, I fully and entirely recommend you book Sibei. Full Story = Sibei and Ben are fantastic. They’re everything you could possibly want in a dog-sitter. Before I get into their amazing dog care, I want to first share my “booking” story and how Sibei SAVED ME from a huge mistake I made. When I booked Sibei, I entered the wrong dates in my River sitter request. I thought I booked my pup a stay for Oct. 28-30 but I had actually mistakenly booked the stay via the Rover app for Nov. 4-6. On October 27th, I send Sibei a quick message about “tomorrow’s” drop off time and that’s when Sibei pointed out that I’d actually booked the following weekend, not the weekend I actually needed. BUT Sibei didn’t even say it like that - she simply immediately offered to change the River dates to the weekend I actually needed (which began the following day!) and she was perfectly happy to be super, super flexible for me. Sibei had every right to cancel my booking (because I, ya know, booked the wrong weekend) but instead she was full of grace, understanding and kindness and, without hesitation, changed my Rover booking dates to what I needed. It saved me from being in a real pickle and I cannot thank Sibei & Ben enough for being so incredibly accommodating! As for my pup’s actual stay, that was also world-class. I have a super energetic 2-year old Labrador but Sibei & Ben let her have literally as much exercise as she wanted (& I know they threw a tennis ball for her probably a zillion times at the dog park - my pup LOVED it) and they sent so many pictures that I felt like I was getting a play-by-play of my pup’s vacation. Ben & Sibei are definitely the best Rover sitters I’ve had the pleasure of booking so far. Sure, their prices are on the higher end but when you realize just how AMAZING of an experience they provide for your pup, you’ll realize that they could easily charge more for the amount of work they put in to make sure your pup has a phenomenal experience. I fully, wholeheartedly recommend you book a stay for your pup with Sibei. I’m very confident you will not be disappointed.
