Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and cats. I have had my precious dog Shiva for 9 years and help by watching friends and families animals. My dog has a lot of anxiety, so I am familiar with needing to be extra patient and attentive (especially when giving and monitoring medications). I work as a behavior therapist with kids with Autism—which I think speaks to my character and reliability as a caregiver :)

Sian was patient with my shy cats and won their trust so she could give them lots of love and give Boris his inhaler while we were out of town.
Sian does an amazing job with our dogs! She is great at communicating and the dogs love her! We will definitely have her back!
Sian is communicative, punctual, honest, and a great sitter for pets. Our kitties were well taken care of. I cannot recommend her enough!

When caring for your pets, I would make sure to understand and respect the rules and expectations of your home. I am also very organized/clean. So, I will make sure to tidy up any messes. Other than that, having fun and providing love to your pets while following all the guidelines you have set forth to keep them healthy, happy, and safe!!
Information Sian P. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to know the animals personality to know how to best approach them upon meeting (are they shy, tons of energy, etc.). It is also important to know their preferred activities, eating routines, normal bathroom schedule, medication routines, and any history when it comes to being in the care of someone other than their owner. I would also want to know their vet and any medical history. For instance, some dogs get upset tummies when they’re left without their normal caregiver. If there is anything I can do to keep them happier and healthier while you’re away, I am all for it!
A typical day
It’s so important to take dogs on regular walks so they can sniff all the stuff, get fresh air, and physical activity. Personally, my dog had a poor back leg, but it’s still so important to walk her and just make sure I’m not taking her on stairs or too strenuous of excursiones. We love going to the off leash parks, but I know that doesn’t work for everyone. Depending on the animal, I love playing fetch and doing things that will stimulate their brains!

My work schedule is quite flexible. So, I can make myself available to hang with your fur babies in the morning, afternoon, and/or evening! Weekends I am also completely available to give undivided attention!
