She was reallt great and am looking forward to continuing to use her for my dog Huck. She sent lots of pictures to show me he was doing well.

I booked Shruthi for house sitting from 11am to 9 pm for my puppy Bella. She took care of my dog as I asked, however I was very disappointed to find out she didn’t clean the dog and cat hairs off the floor before she left. When I asked her why, she replied that she didn’t believe that was her job and that she had contacted Rover to ask. I was upset because vacuuming pet hair before a sitter leaves is something standard that the dozens of sitters who have come to my house have done without complaint. I called Rover as well and their guidelines are that the house should be left in the same or better condition than when the sitter arrived. My floors were cleaned just before Shruthi’s arrival. I worked overnight at the hospital and came home to a very dirty floor, (Including her footprints ) and her face mask left on my sofa. This was disgusting to come home to. Shruthi has shown that she lacks character to take responsibility for the home and the time she spent in it. I did not ask her to clean my whole house- just clean pet hair from her time babysitting them. Although my pets were well cared for, her attitude about the house is why I would not recommend her or ask her to come to my home again.
