I cannot express how pleased I am with the exceptional dogboarding service provided by Shokofeh. Completely unfit to look after animals. Our sweet boys were in a state of Neglect. Our dogs were malnourished after the 7 days of being in her care. They were 2 healthy and lively German shepherds before their stay, and after, both of their ribs are badly showing (even after giving her more than enough food for their stay, with written instructions) and they were in horrible spirits (showing signs of stress and depression). All pictures & videos we got sent were clearly staged, the dogs DO NOT stay inside or have access to the outside yard (as she states), they stay caged up until she is ready to give them a 30min walk. She will bring them into a room in the house for a short amount of time to take her staged pictures. She kept our dogs caged up with another 2 dogs which she clearly stated would be kept separated. When we arrived to get our dogs, she had an additional 5 dogs on her property. She houses the animals in cages and neglects them. Our boys' wellbeing was not her priority, this is a way for her to make money and hurt animals in the process. We are revolted by the neglect our animals have faced and will never encourage anyone to use her.
