Aloha! My name is Shizen. I have been on island for 3 years. Always loved to connect with birds, animals and nature since I was young. I have fostered and rescued many animals in past years. Currently, I offer foster home for dogs at Humane Society when in need. I would love to extend my care for your dog or cat by making them at home away from home when you are away. I work with as a freelance photographer and usually home editing photos when I am not working outside. I am active, fit and outdoor lover. Shizen petsat our 2 dogs and we had the most wonderful experience! He constantly kept us updated while we were away with daily photos and videos, he even bathed and brushed them daily and gave them lots of exercise! We felt so relaxed on our vacation because we felt comfortable knowing our dogs were being very well taken care of. Normally finding a pet sitter to go on vacation is quite stressful for us, and he took all the stress away so we could actually relax. So grateful for Shizen!
Five Stars for Shizen! We have two large dogs that can be a real handful under the best of circumstances. Shizen immediately made us very comfortable with his demeanor, knowledge and obvious compassion for pets. This was only an overnighter but he took the time to send us pictures of them playing in the yard (and subsequent bath) as well as a walk in the dog park. I'm not a smart man but I know a good dog sitter when I see one!
Our Baby GucciBoy had his second sleepover at Shizen's and we can't Thank him enough for the care he's given our FurBaby. We had to do a quick trip off island so we reached out to Shizen after an amazing experience the first time. He was so accommodating and more than willing to help with our sitting needs. He again kept us updated with pictures and videos so we could see that our Gucci was in good hands. He also took him out for walks and even gave us tips on how to help with leash training since our 60lbs American Bully is a puller. Thank you Shizen, GucciBoy can't wait to come back!
We appreciate Shizen’s attention to our dog and his frequent updates and pictures. We highly recommend him to any dog owner for peace of mind while away.
