Pet care experience
I have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, temperaments and energy levels. I also have plenty of experience with other pets, such as guinea pigs, hamsters, and geckos. First Aid/CPR certified. We also have 3 guinea pigs. They have their own enclosed habitat. Our dogs love their little siblings, so rest assured, they get along with smaller breeds.

Our dog loves going to Shirley’s house. She was super helpful and flexible when our flight home got delayed and our pickup time moved.
Shirley and her family did an amazing job with my nervous boy. They were incredibly accommodating with doing a meet and greet prior, and patient to help him come out of his shell. He enjoyed himself so much he was hesitant to come home.
Shirley did an amazing job! She was so nice and sent me plenty of pictures of my boy!
She took wonderful care of our dog, just like last time!

Our house has a fenced-in backyard with plenty of room for your babies to run and exercise. All outdoor play is supervised! We have 3 wonderful dogs (both rescues), a 12-year-old Husky, an 8 year old Lab/Pit mixed and a 3 month old St. Bernard that will play with your dog as well! If your fur baby is anxious or does not get well with other dogs, we do have a separate area where he can relax and feel comfortable. I send daily updates with pictures and/or videos of your dog. My limit is 2 overnight boarding and/or doggy daycare, including my dogs. When it comes to feeding time, I always feed them their meals separately and safely.

I try to keep their routines and schedules as close as possible.
A typical day
Our walking schedule is 2 separate walks (weather permitting). A short one early morning for about 10 to 15 minutes, then one in the evening for about 30 minutes or more, depending on the dog's breed and energy levels, weather conditions and such. We walk around the neighborhood, and there is a walking trail nearby.

I work from home but I am available throughout the week and can accommodate almost anything you need. Your fur babies will have lots of love and attention from me, my teenage kids and my husband while you are away!
