I love dogs like you love your children! Whether you have an active, energetic pup, lazy lounger, senior or special needs, they would get all the attention, patience and love needed while in my care. Besides walks, I love to be able to do other outdoor adventures with your fur baby, like parks, hikes, beaches, or joy riding around island! I have 2 dogs at home but I also love kitties. I have bred fighting fishes in my youth and cared for various other types of fishes also. I have owned mice, lovebirds, turtles and jackson chameleons. I am a mother of 2. My now adult child is part of the reason why the variety of animals in the home. (Shouldn't take your kids to the pet store haha!) I have been active with Dogs On Deployment to help support military service members in need of pet care while they're away on duty. I whole heartedly love animals and donate as much as I can to local charities.

I am so glad to have had the chance to meet Shirley and have her take care of my baby girl while I was away. Shirley was amazing from our first meet, and had such great energy that my dog lit up around her. She took lots of time at our initial meet and greet to get to know us and our routines, then came once more before my trip to go over things again and be fully prepared. While I was gone I received lots of updates, pictures and videos, so I was never left wondering or worrying about my pup. And when I returned, it was clear that my girl had been happy and well cared for, and my house was as well! Shirley went above and beyond with my dog care, and made sure I came home to a clean and orderly house. I hope to book with her again in the future!
Shirley is the BEST!!! Our doggies love her and our big puppy Chewy absolutely love love loved his time with her. She is so good with him even though he still has to learn some manners. And she sent pictures of their walks together which was a great help to us so we wouldn’t miss them too much. We had a great weekend getaway free of worries. I would use her again in a heartbeat! ?
Shirley was amazing. She took her time letting our aging, cautious dog meet her on his own time and he was soon very comfortable with her. After just two short meetups, he was happy to see her and treated her like one of the family. We received detailed daily updates about our boy and returned from our trip to a happy, healthy dog and a clean house. Shirley has such a positive energy - we will definitely be in touch with her the next time we need a dog sitter and highly recommend her!

While caring for your pet in your home, I follow your instructions as given. I do strive to go above and beyond to ensure safety and happiness all around! I have a small fenced yard that my 2 dogs are allowed to roam in and out of while I'm at home. We go on 2 walks a day around our lovely neighborhood in Launani Valley and frequent Mililani dog park. They love swimming and playing at the beach and going on hikes!

I prefer they are neutered/spayed. What kind of personality or quirks does your dog have? Ex: Friendly, shy, timid, food aggressive, toy possessive, what frightens them, etc. Does your dog tend to pull or lunge at other dogs or people walking nearby?
A typical day
At least 2 walks a day. Morning and night. In the evenings, I like to take my dogs to the dog park. My favorite thing is watching them interact, play and socialize with others. We love the beach so we tend to go on weekends and holidays. Hau Bush, Waialua, Bellows, Kuliouou are a few spots we visit. Waimanalo Bay beach is my favorite to go to because their is a lot of space for the dogs to play without too much crowd disturbance. Also, it's a great place to camp! I also like to go on hikes. Typically Kuliouou or Aiea Loop for my girls.
