Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for animals professionally since I was 17 when I started in doggy day care. After leaving the boarding industry, I decided to become a Vet Tech to further pursue my passion. I worked my way up from a kennel tech and have 4 years of vet tech experience. I’m am capable of caring for all kinds of pets from Guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, and of course, dogs and cats of all sizes. I have a soft spot for feisty chihuahuas and seniors! I can safely administer medications orally and even injectable's such as insulin. My experience as a vet tech has given me knowledge and tools that I use to ensure your pet stays safe, secure, and is as comfortable as they can be. I’m very big on reading body language and I feel it goes a long way to making your pets feel at ease while you’re away. Comfort for your fur babies and peace of mind for you are part of the package deal!

Shirley was very professional. She set up a meeting in advance to meet with our puppy, Henry, and she then was there when we needed her. She took very good care of Henry and sent us pictures while we were gone. We will definitely have Shirley again when we need a sitter for Henry.
Shirley was a fantastic dog/ house sitter for our two dogs! She sent updates throughout the days with pictures and I knew our dogs were very well cared for. She also was great about giving one of our dogs medications and restricting his activity as he recovers from an injury. We will definitely be re-booking with Shirley in the future!
Our favorite sitter hands down, book her now before she’s busy!

I work from home Monday-Friday so as long as I have WiFi, I’d be happy to spend most of my time with your pups! We can work around your existing schedule so not much has to to change for them.
