I am a COVID-conscious, 30 year-old, pet-loving dietitian and professional ultimate frisbee player. Do you want a responsible, active, natural-born-pet-lover to care for your furry friend? Look no further. My name is Shira, and caring for your pet will be my pleasure. I was born into a pet-loving household, but my current schedule and lifestyle do not allow me to have dogs or cats of my own. I am excited to interact with your pet when you are busy, and I know they will have a blast too! My family owned dogs my entire life, and I have always loved cats. Unfortunately, my current work schedule has not been conducive to pet ownership. I miss regularly throwing sticks, snuggling, and taking walks with furry friends, so these days I jump at any opportunity to pet-sit for my friends and family. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I am strong, active, and responsible. I am flexible, approachable, and friendly. Outside of school, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, riding my bicycle, reading, and hiking. I have been practicing strict social distancing and mask-wearing guidelines as disseminated by the CDC and Public Health Seattle & King County based on the rise and fall of COVID-19 variants.
