Quirky Portland personality with a lot of animal experience. From catching wild lizards to petsitting friends' animals for weeks, I've been around pets for all of my life. I've owned cats all my life (and trained them!) as well as exotics. Notably, I've pet-sat or worked around dobermans, poodles, schnauzers, labs, german shepherds, and collies, as well as many lovely mixes! I've also cared for frogs, snakes, fish, rats, hamsters, and flying squirrels (really!). I've done simple petsitting jobs where I never see the cats, as well as dogs that I see three times a day who also need medication. I'm happy to brush dogs, trim nails, brush teeth, and even bathe dogs within reason! I've been bitten and scratched plenty in my time, and I'm not at all concerned about overeager pets. I've worked with several dogs to go from leash-pulling zoom friends to calm walking pals. I'm not afraid of anything to do with pets, and I'm always eager to learn the best way to care for the four legged members of your family. I will go above and beyond to care for your animals! Previously this has included getting up at the crack of dawn and going to sleep after 10pm so that I could be at the house at the right time, multiple times a day. I have a car that will fit anything but the largest dogs, and can to travel to get to you. I don't typically house sit because my babies need love too, but I am willing to discuss it on an as needed basis. I love all animals and working with all kinds, from the smallest lizard to the largest pupper.
