Pet care experience
Since I have memory, there’s always been a dog (dogs) in my family. My family has had small dogs, like Maltese, to large breed like Akita. I don’t remember a time in my life growing up without dogs until recently (our 15yr old Shiba past away). We are a dog loving family who wants to take a little emotional break before having another dog. In the meantime we would love to have dogs around in our family, enjoy the companionship and fun of a dog. We have two children who both love dogs (7 & 3 yr), and their energy level can match up to a puppy. We used to find dog sitters on this platform for our Shiba when we went out of town, so we’ve been on both end of the positions .

Shih-Fen was fantastic! She was attentive and reliable. I appreciated the photos as well as the updates. There was never a doubt that Earl was in good hands! A wonderful experience, overall. I’m sure he’d love to stay with her again!
Shih-Fen and her family took great care of our pup. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. We were a bit nervous about a house with kids since our pup can get cranky with our toddler at times but her girls seemed incredibly sweet and there did not seem to be any issues on thay front. We would definitely use them again.
Shih-Feh and her beautiful family took such thorough attentive care of my Yorkie Bradley. Not only is she so very quick to respond when needed she is also very flexible on pick up and drop off (she even did a courtesy drop-off to me earlier today which was a HUGE relief coming off the red eye flight!). Shih-feh sent pictures regularly to keep me up to date. Bradley was being held in every photo which I know he LOVES. Her home is spacious, clean and especially friendly for dogs all sizes to run around. A highly intelligent woman she will take the utmost in care for your pet! I would HIGHLY recommend and be sure to be re-booking!
Shih-fen was great watching Nell! Extremely repsonsive, sent lots of pics and updates. Also was very flexible with pick up and drop off times which we really appreciated. This was my first time using Rover and felt very comfortable and secure with Shih-fen! She has a lovely home and family and Nell was very well taken care of.. you could tell because when I picked up Nell she was at ease and happy :) thank you for a great stay!
