Sheryl house/dog sat for us for 4 nights. Our senior hound mix was well taken care of and our house was left spotless. This was our first time using a dog sitter and we felt very comfortable Sheryl and would happily book her again. Great communication and we got daily photos.

Do not trust this person. She stole our house key and would not return it. She picked up our house key on Wednesday, and was suppose to begin watching our dog overnight on Friday. On Thursday she cancelled her upcoming stay, so left me having to cancel our vacation for the next week because we had no one to take care of our dog while we were gone. She messaged me stating she would return our house key on Friday, and never did. Through numerous attempts by Rover to contact her through phone and email, she won't respond. We had to change the locks in our home at our expense, because it is now a security issue. Rover needs to remove her from their platform, because she is untrustworthy.
