Aloha! We are Sheryl & Abdul! A little bit about us: Sheryl - I was born and raised in Hawaii. I have cared for dogs for more than 20 years. Currently, I serve in the U.S. Coast Guard and on my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga. Abdul - I am a filmmaker and a US Army Vet. I have raised pets (birds, cats, hamsters, reptiles) for more than 15 years. I love nature and going on walks. One of my hobbies is wildlife and pet photography :) We promise to treat your dog like our little Kalo. With lots of fun and love!

It was great leaving our puppy with Sheryl and Abdul for the day. He had soo much fun with there dog and we were happy to see him enjoy his stay. Sheryl and Abdul really go above and beyond to taking care of our little baby.
We highly recommend this couple! We are parents of cheer and baseball athletes and finding the couple to take care of our senior chihuahuas was a blessing. Abdul and Sheryl only take in small dogs and that is a great plus to us!
THANK YOU Sheryl and Abdul for taking AMAZING care of our babies! While we were away for a week they sent photos and videos which gave us peace of mind. We could tell they really enjoyed playing with their beautiful pup, Halo. Such a relief not to worry about them being around large dogs. THANK YOU 💕

Meet and greets are required for new clients, this will ensure the safety of all dogs that stay at Petite Paws Hale. We have a fenced yard and a designated area in the house so that we can provide a home away from home feel. For overnight stays, we generally recommend crate-trained dogs, as our Kalo enjoys her space for sleeping. Nevertheless, if your pup isn't crate-trained, feel free to reach out and hopefully we can accommodate your pups needs. Please bring with you your dog's kennel (if available), dog food, bowls and any item to help relieve separation anxiety. Such as a favorite blanket and a worn shirt that has your scent. Dogs sometimes need to feel you're close to them when you're away. They do miss you :(

Is your dog up to date on vaccinations and fleas/tick medicine? Do they have any medical or health restrictions? Let us know if you have specific instructions so we can provide the best care for your furry loved ones during their stay.
A typical day
We provide at least one daily walk around the neighborhood. It's a safe and quiet community with a nice little hiking trail encircling a pond. Weather permitting, the doggos will have lots of free time enjoying the sunlight and playing in the backyard. At home we offer many stimulating toys and puzzles to keep them entertained throughout the day. Showtime! During your pups stay we will shoot and send you HQ pictures and videos of them. Petite Paws Hale LLC reserves the rights to use photos or videos taken during your pets' stay for their social media accounts, business collaborations and publications without prior written agreement. Owners may share photos and videos sent to them but we ask that you mention @petitepawshale when you do :)

Availability
Abdul - I mostly work from home and will have plenty of time to provide company to your little woof filled with love fun and games. Kalo who runs the house will make sure of it! Sheryl - I work during the day and I am home generally in the afternoon. After a long day all I want is to cuddle and play with Kalo and her fluff mates. Dog sitting hours are from 7am - 7pm. Please reach out to us if you need early drop off or late pick ups. Day Care hours are from 8am - 5pm. Late pick ups are for an additional fee.
