Hi! I’m Sherry and I have loved pets ever since I could remember! : ) I grew up with dogs and I’m now the owner of a very adorable, friendly and gentle cat. I live around Yonge Sheppard and have easy access to green spaces and parks steps away from home. I strive to be the super friendly, fun, caring, and responsible sitter for your furry kid : ) So excited to join Rover ! Sherry looked after my 2 cats Romeo and Jasper while I was away on holidays. My first time leaving them I was very nervous ! Sherry kept me updated with pictures of my fur babies , was responsive to my questions and just put my mind to ease knowing they were in good hands. I will definitely use Sherry again!
Sherry stayed overnight in our home for 7+ days to care for our senior cat Muni. We previously had a bad experience with Rover, so I was very cautious about working with a cat sitter again. Sherry was easy to communicate with and kept us updated with photos and videos. Muni looked so happy and affectionate, and warmed up to Sherry right away. She followed instructions, got our mail and even watered our plants. When we got back, our home looked just like we left it. Thank you for caring for Muni!

Sherry is an amazing cat sitter and whisperer. She's extremely easy-going and responds promptl. I had to leave for a long emergency trip recently and was extremely worried about Toshi, my two year-old feline baby who had never been left alone since she was two months old. Despite Toshi being wary and stand-offish in nature, Sherry bonded with her and within two visits, Toshi was all cuddly with her. Sherry would constantly send pictures and updates whenever she visits. At least once she agreed to switch dates last minute as my pet cam was offline and she helped me recalibrate it. There was another time that she helped fix the water fountain when it behaved weirdly. If I ever need a sitter, Sherry will be the first to come to mind as I'm sure Toshi enjoys her company! Thank you for taking care of my precious fur child. ❤

A typical day
For short walks we could do the park right in front of our building. For fun long walks, there is a really nice long trail nearby that’s dog friendly, and ends with a dog park!

Availability
WFH right now on most days of the week. On weekdays, I’m available for dog sitting during the day. Also drop-ins if you’re not too far away. I should be available on most weekends. : )
