Pet care experience
I’ve always loved animals; indoor and outdoor, domestic and wild. Besides the pets I’ve owned (dogs, chickens, ducks, geckos, hermit crabs, turtles, gold fish plus I grew up on a cattle ranch) I have had many years of helping neighbors and friends with their dogs, cats and chickens. My husband and I traveled from October 2018 - June 2019 caring for pets - BC, Canada to Florida to France, Scotland, England, Belgium, Germany and many places in between. No issues with walking Irish Wolfhounds or Yorkies, even took a few cats out on a leash! Excellent pooper scooper (cleaned up after 8 Great Dances). I am patient and caring, understanding that some pets need a little longer to adjust. I am a happy and bring no negative “luggage” to work. I will gladly follow your pets routine. My job is to help you and your animal and to always do the best job possible.

I left my senior dog with Sherry for a week. She sent me updates along with photos on a daily basis. Her home was clean and safe. My dog, who doesn’t typically bond with men, definitely bonded with her husband. My dog seemed happy and well cared for when I came to pick him up. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with Sherry again! ???
I have known Sherry both personally and professionally since 1979. We have been co-workers and we have been on opposite sides of a negotiation, but we have always been friends. Our children have grown up together, and her husband and I worked together as well as for competing companies. Sherry is fearless when it comes to animals, having grown up on a cattle ranch and she's had dogs, chickens, lizards, hamsters, you name it, throughout her life. She's cat-sat for us multiple times, despite the fact that she described one of our cats as a "rattlesnake with fur." That cat was a rattlesnake with fur, but it didn't stop Sherry from taking care of him. I highly recommend Sherry to be trusted with the care of any animal. She's reliable, kind, affectionate, and willing to go the extra mile.
Sherry hat sich während unserer 3 wöchigen Abwesenheit liebevoll um unsere 3 Hunde und 4 Katzen gekümmert. Sie hat eigenverantwortlich gefüttert, die verordneten Tabletten gegeben ( einer unserer Hunde hat eine Schilddrüsenunterfunktion ), gebürstet und mit Leckerlis bei Laune gehalten. Als wir zurückkehrten, fanden wir alle 7 Familienmitglieder wohlgenährt und glücklich vor. Sherry ist sehr verlässlich, hält Kontakt (sofern man das möchte) und schickt sogar Fotos und Nachrichten von den Tieren! Bei Problemen kontaktierte sie uns. Sherry hat sich wie eine fürsorgliche Mutter um alle unsere Tiere gekümmert und ist auf individuelle Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Unsere Tiere waren sicher bei ihr aufgehoben, und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie mit sehr viel Liebe, Spaß und Energie dabei war.
Sherry and Phil are a lovely couple who have a great sense of humor and who took excellent care of Mimmi my cat. They stayed in our house In Brussels for a week and I received every day pictures and reports on how the cat is doing. It was fun to read the stories throughout my holiday and I could trust that she's in good hands. The house was in perfect condition when they left, and even the laundry was done. I can recommend them without any doubt.

If there are commands you’d like me to work on, I’m in. If you have a frisbee or ball, I throw. On leash. Off leash. Dog park. Long walk. I work for you and your pet. I’ll do what ever you suggest or can forge on my own. I am a certified yoga instructor so I can also help with your pets Down Dog!
