I've been caring for dogs and cats my entire adult life. My husband and I have typically owned 5 to 8 dogs at once for the last 19 years. I've gained a lot of knowledge about how to cater to each pet's specific needs and their personalities. I have 23 years with hands on experience. I will work with your family and your pet to make them as comfortable as possible in your absence. I take directions well, so if your pet has any particular medical needs, activity routines, or bedtime rituals I can accommodate your request. I am experienced in administrating oral medication (liquids, pills, capsules) as well as subcutaneous injections. I have personally owned four dogs with Cancer. I am very experienced with taking my time to hand feed if needed. Fully understand the struggles with a pet struggling with Cancer. Personally owned a dog with Megaesophagus. I know all about feeding your dog in a Bailey Chair in a upright position for 15 mins to 1 hour. I have also owned three dogs with Cushing disease, diabetes, seizures, hearing loss, separation anxiety, CHF, and had a dog with a blood clot. Recently our two dogs both just had a Vestibular attack. I am extremely patient and enthusiastic with all kinds of pets and I promise you I will make sure your pet is happy and well cared for. I am a hard dedicated worker! One of our dogs were featured on the Nat Geo Wild Channel on a show called Animal ER. They filmed his third spine surgery. Unfortunately we lost him 9 days after his surgery. Dogs are absolutely my entire life. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for them. Your pet's well-being is my highest priority.
