I just love everything about dogs!!! Right now, I have a Jack Russell Terrier that was returned to the Humane Society over and over for 5 years for "behavioral problems". Apparently, these individuals had no clue what a Jack's personality is like because my Beanie is an absolutely perfect Jack Russell. My other baby is a West Highland Terrier. He is more laid back but still a typical terrier. I have experience with all sizes of puppies---Yorkies, Border Terriers, Labs, etc. I am a teacher by trade, but no longer have the heart for that profession. I find the deepest joy working and being around animals. I worked at a dog daycare/boarding for over a month —-loved it but did not agree with the lack of play area and zero walk time! My dream is to eventually open a business that is geared towards working with animals of all types, specially canines!!!!

Past aggression problems and any illnesses/allergies. Also, my Westie is not neutered; however, he is not aggressive. Neither of my puppies are. As for breeds, no preferences but I am partial to terriers. But I have never met a dog that I did not love!!!!
A typical day
I will take them for walks around my neighborhood. We may even go for a ride to the state park just down the road. I have a large back yard so we will spend time chasing balls and other play toys. They will have the freedom to hang out with each other. Inside the house, it will be more control. I would place them in the two empty bedrooms for nap-time but most of the time the puppies will be allowed to stay with me---just not on the furniture (really my husband's rule, not mine!!!)
