Experienced in caring for all types in dogs including puppies, active breeds, and senior dogs with special needs. Focused in providing personalized care by limiting the number of dogs so your pups gets the care needed and plenty of attention. I grew up on a sixth-generation ranch in Sonoma County, surrounded by animals, and have been caring for them ever since. I know how important it is to leave your dog in a safe, loving home—and I’ll keep you updated with photos and videos while you’re away.

I own my home in a quiet, safe neighborhood on the east side of Santa Rosa, just minutes from downtown. With a fully enclosed backyard, plenty of space to play, and even a doggie pool in the summer, your pup will enjoy a secure and fun environment. Safety is always my top priority, and I believe every dog deserves to live their best life—every single day. Now retired from my professional career, I have a flexible schedule and can offer consistent, attentive care. I’m reliable, well-educated, happy to provide references, and also offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services.

A typical day
We love playtime! Hiking, parks, and outdoor adventures are part of our daily routine. I understand every dog has unique needs, and my priority is to maintain their regular schedule to help them feel comfortable and at home. I’m anyways on the go and love to run, hike, mountain bike, paddle board, and in the past my passion was rock climbing and/or mountaineering. When your pup stays with me, they’ll enjoy plenty of exercise that suited for them and personalized care. Since my recent retirement from a senior leadership role as an IT Project Manager with the State of California, I’m now lucky to spend my days doing what I love most—being surrounded by dogs and caring for them! My pup DeJa is a happy, playful, and a well-trained companion. She recently earned her AKC Canine Good Citizen certification and is great with dogs of all sizes. Trainers once called her “overly social”—we took that as a huge compliment! We spend our time exploring Sonoma County trails, visiting parks, and, of course, Dillon Beach is our favorite! Whether your dog loves adventure or prefers backyard lounging, we’ve got the perfect balance of fun and comfort.
