Pet care experience
I’ve grown up having dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, Guinea Pigs, and birds. As I got older I was fortunate enough to move to the country where I also got to have horses, chickens, and goats. I’ve cared for family and friends’ pets my whole life because they see the passion I have for animals. My dogs have all lived long healthy lives because of the love and care I provide. We have 2 remaining (Happy; 15 year old Yorkie, and Clyde; 13 year old Blue Tick). I recently lost my 15 year of Dachshund.

Sherri came over to dog sit my “Dunkin”. Dunkin is a 73 lb labradoodle (not a little guy). As big as Dunkin is, he is still a puppy and has energy to burn. After greeting me and saying goodbye to Sherri, he promptly laid down and took a nap. My puppy Dunkin took a nap!! Sherri played outside with him and played fetch (his favorite game) and actually tired him out!! Dunkin and I highly recommend Sherri, she is wonderful!
Sherri is amazing! She is everything you would want in a host-kind, flexible with drop off and pick up times and most of all she was amazing with our Sadie. She even made sure to send us pictures while we were on our trip!
I would trust Sherri anytime with our pooches. She's one of the most caring and responsible people I know and I have never had any issues with her when watching our dogs. I can guarantee you will find her to be the perfect caretaker for any of your pet sitting needs.
Sherri is an excellent person and loves animals. She has always taken excellent care of my pets. She goes above and beyond measure to see that my pets needs are always met. Rose C

We live up near the lake but because it is on a mountain, fencing is not possible. Our dogs are older and are not able to run and play like they once did. At this time I will not offer in home care for pets since I do not have a safe yard.

I want to know if any behavior issues in advance as well as past health issues (food allergies, past surgeries, etc. ) I also want to know if there are particular things that may cause the pet to run (squirrels, deer, cars).
A typical day
Playing ball or enjoying their favorite toys as well as rolling in the floor with them. Not all dogs enjoy the same activities so learning each dog’s personality is key. I don’t have a favorite place to walk since we live in a rural area.

I am retired but I still have so much energy and what better way to spend my time than playing with animals. I’m available 7 days a week to care for your pets.
