I have been dog sitting for a few years now and own two fur babies of my own. Doc is a 2 year old mini texas heeler full of energy and loves to play. Doc enjoys playing fetch in our Slovak dog park, going on walks, and meeting other dogs. Besides owning Doc I have helped take care of lots of family and friends dogs growing up. From helping bathe dogs with my grandma, to walking neighbors dogs, and even sitting on weekends and weeknights from a young age I have handled dogs of all ages and sizes and cats as well! I do work full time 9-5 but can drop in on lunch visits and after work. In addition I am available any time on weekends as well. Always available to host and dog board week and weekends. I have a large dog park right next to my home with plenty of space for dogs of all sizes to run around and play. Or if your pet is a couch potato they’re more than welcome to lay around in the house too. With plenty of toys and space to run around or lounge around your dog will be well taken care of. I was gone for 11 days and my dogs seemed to be really content and happy with staying in their own home, and having Sheridan stay over!

Sheridan was the absolute best. We booked her last minute and she immediately got back to me to tell me she’d do it. I’m very anxious about strangers staying in our home and I have never left the dogs with a sitter. She updated us with pictures and videos every day and multiple times in the day. She took care of our home, and my pups were in great hands. She was the sweetest person and I’m so glad we booked her. When we go out of town again we will most definitely be booking with Sheridan again.

As a dog owner I know all owners have different parenting styles and different dogs. Beforehand please alert me of your parenting and discipline style for your dog as well as any behavioral quirks he or she may have so I can ensure they are well taken care of and their needs are meet.
A typical day
Typically I take both my dogs on daily walks around the neighborhood and after work give them lots of play time outside such as playing fetch. They are fed twice a day and receive treats via there lick a mat.

Availability
I am currently transitioning from working full time to a part time job within the next few months. I drop in daily on my lunch break to care for my pups and take them on walks and play, as well as after work too.
