My husband and I have had dogs and other pets our entire lives. We typically rescue animals from pet shelters. Currently, we have one chihuahua mix who is around 15 years old and a whippet mix who is 11 months old. In the past, we have taken care of multiple dogs at one time. My husband is home 24/7 so your pet will never be left unattended. I also have two sons, ages 18 and 22, who love animals as much as we do. The dogs will have free roam of the house and yard for their stay. Must be able to get along with other dogs (my chihuahua mix and whippet mix). We will only be taking in one dog at a time (or two from the same owner) so your pet will have our full attention.
