Hi there! I've had and cared for dogs for many years from puppies to seniors. I love giving dogs lots of attention and fun stimulation with different toys to help get out some of their energy. I'm great with communication (both with fur babies and their human counterparts) so if you'd like updates on your dog, I'd be more than happy to share any part of their day! My schedule is currently very flexible and I can work with most folks' needs. Concerning COVID-19, I am following CDC guidelines in both work and daily life and take pride in being careful and considerate of others wishes. Shenekah did a great job with my pups. I’ve never left them at home for 10 days while I traveled, so I was nervous, but I quickly learned I didn’t need to be. Both pups seemed in good spirits upon my return.
Shenekah is going to watch my dogs for a bit, so we wanted to make sure that the dogs were ok with her coming in and spending time with them. So, I hired her to do a dog walk while I was shopping. She did great. The dogs told me they are cool with it and ready to spend some time with her.
Shenekah is an amazingly sweet, patient, and stylish lady! I have two dogs. Sherlock is a 5 year old Weimaraner, and Ruby is a 15 year old boxer. They are both sweet, mild tempered dogs (though Sherlock can be quite the knot head at times...) Shenekah gets along SO well with the pups, and seemed to comfortable around them even the first time she met them! I always call Shen any time I need someone to watch the pups for any length of time (Whether my partner and I are gone for the evening, or even the entire month!) If you're looking for a sweet gal to take care of your dogs while you are away, look no further! Shen is as good as it gets.

I have no breed preferences but I would like to know things like allergies and any mental problems your pup might have so I know how best to avoid anything that might trigger them. For example, if they don't like being scratched near their neck or if they have a difficult time with other dogs.
A typical day
Lots of cuddles, scratches, and belly rubs! I love getting to play fetch with an energetic pooch as well. Trips to the park are always my favorite. If we're in my neighborhood, I live close to the Three Creeks Natural Area and it's one of my favorite places to play with pups!
