Pet care experience
I have had pets for years and feel I’m a solid and trustworthy pet sitter. I have also done some training with a local service dog company. Don’t tell my children but I feel like I’m a better pet parent than I am kid parent ha ha The best part of my day is sitting down and snuggling with my pets and I will treat your dogs as special as I treat my own!!!

My dog is shy and working through fear of abandonment, so it's very comforting to leave her in such a loving home. Shelly not only is a great doggy caretaker, but also seems like an amazing mother! Her kids also love dogs & my dog left very happy. She was even a bit sad to leave, meaning Shelly & her family already made a connection with my dog. Usually it takes a few visits for her to become that comfortable in a new home. Shelly also stayed in communication throughout. Will definitely book again, because my dog was so happy.
Shelly did a great job. We were so happy to know that someone who loves dogs was taking care of Chloe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have very reliable transportation and could stop in and check on your pets during requested times. I also am happy to walk your pets. As I build relationships I would also be open to overnight boarding while clients are out of town,etc.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs to local dog parks or just enjoy the sights in the neighborhood. I like to throw down toys and play fetch and teach a few tricks that I learned in Dog training.

Availability
I do not have a full time job but I volunteer weekly to care for orphans in AFRICA and Haiti. My schedule is pretty open since all of my children are in school daily.
