Pet care experience
I've had animals since I was a young kid and have always had a lifelong love of animals, but got more serious about taking care of my own at around 15. At that time I had an outdoor cat and two dogs; a brother and a sister. Since then I've helped take care of my own animals as well as my family's pets and neighbors pets.

She walks and works with your schedule
Shelly is awesome! She helped me with my 2 vizslas when I was on vacation by feeding them and playing with them. They loved her and engaged with her whenever she visited. In addition to dogs, she also has experience with cats and reptiles (box turtles and lizards). She is kind-hearted and attentive and enjoys pets of all kinds.
I know Shelly, & I know how much she loves animals. She has cared for my dogs & cats for a long time. She's shown them love & affection on a regular basis & they respond to her with deep affection as well. She's in tune with their needs & if anything changes in their routine she has always been able to adapt. Any pet owner would be lucky to have Shelly care for their beloved pets.
When I needed help looking after my pets, I went to Shelly. She's done a great job--not only at taking care of my pets; but having fun with and providing enrichment to them as well. My animals love her and so do I: she's in tune with them and has been a reliable and trustworthy caregiver. She's definitely my go-to when I need pet care.

My pets are all cared for very well and are very happy animals. They all get fed twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. The dogs are given routine walks and have been trained. My cat was semi-feral born and is now a happy and healthy indoor cat.

Knowing the energy level and age is always important for me to know, it gives me a gauge on how far and long the walk should be for your pup. Also information about any meds or special needs you dog will need when I check in on them or will need for their walk.
A typical day
With walking dogs, I would ask first about where you'd want you dog walked, just around your neighborhood or if okayed, one of the parks around Modesto, like Graceada or Enslen park. With a drop in visit, if the dog wanted to play I would probably use whatever your dogs favorite toy is. I would ask though all about how you might want me to go about doing any of this first though.

I'm available whenever! Sometimes I may have a day or two in the week where I won't be available but I will keep my calendar updated on here when I won't be able to do any animal work.
