Awful. If I could post pictures of before her “overnight” stays, anyone would be shocked. Mine was a last minute booking, (due to a quick Rover cancellation), but she was not the only home pet sitter to respond to my request. The dogs urinated in nearly every room of the house. It was not cleaned up! My dogs don’t do that. She complained about taking the dogs outside because it was too cold. She managed to get the ferret feces from the second floor cage to the walls on the first floor, over the dogs water bowl! She complained that she had some conflicting plans to watch football one of the days and didn’t know if she could “make it over”. She threw garbage bags outside in my flower bed- garbage can was 7 feet away. She got paid though- and it was supposed to be an in home pet sitting gig. I cleaned the house thoroughly and left a cleanly made beds with fresh towels, food and WiFi passwords...I am glad that I made it to my cousin’s wedding with my children, but it was a rough series of exchanges via Rover and my cell phone. It took me a week before I found all of the crazy mishaps and felt clean again! Wowza!

Nugget had a great time with Shelly! I was a little nervous at first because I have never left him for such a long time (9 days) but once I met Shelly and saw where he would be staying I felt immediately at ease. Shelly is very responsive and was sure to send me pictures of Nugget throughout the week to keep me updated. I would definitely recommend Shelly and plan on using her again when we need it!
