Pet care experience
I'm a homebody who loves nothing more than to be surrounded by animals. I understand how stressful it can be (for both you and your fur baby) leaving your pet behind during a vacation, business trip, or even while you are at work all day. Both myself and my husband work from home and we have very flexible schedules which means your pup will get lots of love and attention. We like to live an active lifestyle and would love to take your dog for a walk in our serene neighborhood! We have lots of private trails to access in our neighborhood as well. Additionally we live on an acre of land so your pup will have room to roam. We have a loving, playful 1.5 year old German Shepherd who loves to make new friends. She's good at reading the energy of other dogs and will leave pups that don't want to be bothered alone. We recently worked with a trainer for several months and are happy to apply training techniques while your dog is in our care too! We have experience administering medicine and caring for senior dogs. I'm diligent at taking lots of photos and videos throughout the day to make sure you have peace of mind that your pet is being well cared for and having a great time!

Shelly B. Did a great job, keeping our boys! She showed up earlier than her scheduled time to meet us & the boys. That was a plus, being on time. She kept us updated throughout the stay and sent pics of the boys. We will definitely use Shellie B. again to take care of our BIG babies!
Shelly loves animals and treats them all with respect. She owns a Husky mixed breed and the two of them are inseparable. She makes sure he is well taken care of and has trained him to be considerate and obedient especially in the house. I feel she would be an excellent caretaker for other peoples pets and will make sure that the clients are happy and pleased by her qualifications and calm guidance to make the dogs feel content and to look forward to her visits.
Shelly house and pet sat for us for a two week period and took care of three dogs. She did a great job and I would definitely hire her again. I have known Shelly for 8 plus years and she is very honest and trustworthy.

We know how important routines are for your pets so we are happy to keep to your dogs existing schedule for meals, potty and crate time (if they are crate trained). Your dog will always be supervised when going outside! We have a friendly German shepherd who'd love to keep your fur baby company. Our dog is crate trained so we are familiar with keeping that up, or they are happy to roam our house if they're not. Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture in our house :)

Information Shelly B. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know what I should expect from the dog's behavior. Are they friendly, timid, aggressive, playful, standoffish? I'd also like to know what the dog's routine is so I can make sure to keep up with that while the owner is away. I realize that dog's are very much creatures of habit and keeping to their routine will make them more comfortable while their human is gone. I believe that every dog has their own personality, regardless of breed. For that reason, I don't have any specific breed preferences or restrictions.
A typical day
We'll go on daily walks, play fetch, spend time stimulating their mind with fun games and puzzles and have lots of snuggle time of course!

Availability
Both myself and my husband work from home and can let your pup out whenever they need a walk or potty break! I often work only a couple hours per day so I will have lots of time to spend with your pet.
