Pet care experience
I’m not quite ready to get a dog myself, so I’d like to live vicariously through you and your pet! My coworkers can tell you, I’m the company pet sitter and always volunteer to pet/house sit while they’re out of town. I love animals more than anything in the world and have so much love and care to shower on your fur babies!

Shelly is amazing! Our two dogs absolutely loved her. She is friendly and truly cares about each dog and their individual needs. She kept us updated with great photos of the dogs while we were gone. We will definitely continue to use her whenever we need a sitter!
Shelly was fantastic! She took amazing care of our older and very particular dog and did a great job! She kept us updated on Scooter throughout the week and sent pics when possible. Scooter is very picky and usually skeptical of strangers and we felt like he warmed right up to her. Would 10/10 recommend!
Shelly is the most caring, wonderful dog sitter!! She has taken care of my pups when I was away, and one time when one of them had injured her little paw. Shelly took amazing care of her during her injury and he felt so comfortable and happy that someone so loving was there to care for our little pup! I would trust Shelly with my dogs anytime!! You’ll be in good hands :)

I live on the first floor of a 3 story house with a yard out front and back! I also have lots of window seats for your pet to sit and entertain themselves with the outside world. The back deck is a great place to sit and soak up the sun on a nice day and the carpeted floors make for some very fun and fast games of fetch. If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I will take every measure to ensure that your pet's normal schedule and daily routine is followed! I want them to feel as comfortable as possible while you're away and am willing to cater to any of your pet's quirky little habits.

Let me know if your pet has any fears or triggers. My family dog, Lola is skittish around the most random things - cardboard boxes, brooms, balloons… I want to make sure I’m creating a safe and welcoming environment for your fur baby!
A typical day
I live in a great, walkable neighborhood in Hyde Park. I take daily walks myself anyways and I’d love to have a pup join me! Once we get home from our walk, a game of fetch is not out of the question and of course, a nice post-walk treat! We'll end the day with snuggles in bed and start it all again the next day!
