Pet care experience
I've loved all animals for as long as I can remember. I've cared for my own furbabies, roommates' and friends' pets, sick, elderly, and special needs. I have volunteered at a farm animal sanctuary, so aside from cats, dogs, and fish, I have experience with pigs, goats, and chickens as well.

I will follow any specific instructions necessary to care for your pet. I'm accustomed to special diets/supplements, medications, etc. I have reliable transportation for vet visits if necessary. I'm also accustomed to walking any size dog, though I prefer dogs that have some degree of leash training.

The most important thing is medical/health needs - if your animal takes any medication, has specific dietary needs, a medical condition, and if they have a regular vet. Aside from that - personality traits, demeanor, behavior around other animals, and what they enjoy for mental and physical exercise.
A typical day
I like to defer to owners' preferences for their animals - if they have favorite toys, favorite games, dog parks, places to walk, etc. Once I get to know an animal, I generally have a good idea of their likes and dislikes and go with that.

Availability
I work from home predominantly, so I can house sit any day and do walks and drop-ins any day. If I need to leave during a house sit, it's not generally longer than 4 hours.
