Home All Day, Extended Paws... Family dog walking and pet services Hi my name is Shelley. My family and I live in Highwood community (N.W area of Calgary). We are a few minutes drive to Nose Hill Park, Confederation Park, Princess Island. I am a stay at home mom. My family and I are animal lovers. Dogs, in particular, have always been a part of my life. I have enjoyed caring for my friend's/family's dogs for over 20 years. Because of allergies in the family, I will be only offering in-home care to non shedding dogs. I am asking that they be 1 year and older & be fully house trained, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and of course child/dog friendly. Smaller to medium dogs 5-25lbs.. because my dog Rosy can be timid with bigger dogs. My days are open, which will allow me to have lots of opportunites for quality time with your pet. These activites includes a minimum of 2 walks a day, playtime, car rides when I pick up my children from school, a comfortable environment and tons of cuddles! All dogs that I have cared for in my home seem to love looking out our large front window.. As well as playing in our fenced back yard. I would like to do a meet-and-greet before accepting a booking request. This will give me the opportunity to learn about your pet and for them to be comfortable with me... as well as my dog Rosy. We are a non-smoking home.

We left our 1 year old Labradoodle with Shelley for 2 nights. From the start, Shelley responded to my request and messages very promptly. She also provided daily updates via emails, pictures, and even video. Penny loved playing with her boys and her young labradoodle so much we were slightly scared she wouldn't want to come home. I would highly recommend Shelley if you are looking for a caring, present, and communicative dog sitter.
Our experience with Shelley was better than we could have ever expected. We were very nervous about leaving Teeka as we never had before, and she is very attached to us and used to spending most of every day with us. We chose Shelley because she is a stay at home mom who could provide lots of time for Teeka, and also loved that she has 4 kids and a puppy that Teeka could spend time with. It turned out to be such a great fit and as soon as we received the first update from Shelley, we felt that we had made the right choice. We received an update including beautiful photos from Shelley every day, and they reassured us that Teeka was being loved and treated like one of the family. Teeka had an ear infection when we left her, and Shelley seemed very comfortable and responsible about dealing with her medication requirements. We would not hesitate to use Shelley's services again, and cannot recommend her highly enough! I'm sure Teeka can hardly wait to see her, her family and puppy again!
Shelley has been our dog babysitter for many years. She is a stay at home Mom with boys who are gone to school all day. She now has a puppy and is incredible with her puppy as well. When she is babysitting my dog, she loves to take her for walks, loves to have play time with her and cuddle with her. In her eyes, my dog can do no wrong. Our dog feels right at home when we have to leave her there for winter holidays. Shelley is definitely her second Mom. Our dog is now eighteen years old and needs extra care and attention. Shelley is so awesome, gentle and caring with her. Shelley is in great shape so when my dog was much younger, she would even take her for a run. She also has a very nice enclosed back yard for the dogs to enjoy when she takes them out there to play with her. Her boys are such dog lovers. Once they arrive home, they can hardly wait to play with their dog as well as our dog when she is stayimg there. If your dog loves to do dog tricks, she loves being able to encourage them with their tricks as well. You will be fortunate if she agrees to be in the life of your dog.
