Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life. My family raised German Shepherd pups for years, and we were all responsible for feeding and care-taking the puppies. Friends and family call when they need an overnight or daycare for pretty much any pet including goldfish!

Shelley walked Millie while I was out of town. Millie loved her and Shelley sent daily pictures and updates. It was so comforting knowing Millie was getting outside and getting loved. Thank you Shelley!!! Will definitely be calling on you again!!
Shelley was absolutely wonderful!! She had our Pepper for two weeks and did an amazing job of keeping us updated and sending photos and videos!! We truly felt so good about Pepper being with her prior to our leaving which was great peace of mind!! We will definitely ask her to keep Pepper again in the future!!
I had a wonderful weekend in Dubuque, IA knowing that my baby boy was being loved. Shelley was so loving and spoiled Tootie. Tootie's tail was wagging when I picked him up. That's important to me! I will always ask Shelley to keep my baby when I travel to Dubuque.
As I am Shelley's neighbor, she has cared for my poddle, Pukins on a number of occasions. Her care & passion for animals is remarkable! I highly recommend her services. Gary B.

I have a fenced area to play with your pup and to not worry about running off. Your pup can be crated if you desire. Lola sleeps in her bed on the floor next to me, your pup will be right next to her if that works! Treats and rewards are given for potty and going to bed and being an all around good pup. My main goal is send you home with a happy pup that will love to come back!

Please let me know any preferences your pet has and favorite places to walk, explore etc. I love to keep the pups in a routine they are comfortable with. Also waking potty time and bedtime rituals are appreciated to keep your pup happy and no anxiety.
A typical day
We will be spending our days checking out every smell within a 5 mile radius! Also love to take the pups to Swiss Valley to play in the creek and walk the trails!

Availability
I am retired and spend my days walking, boating, and hiking. My pup and I get up to 5 miles a day so you can be sure your pup is exercised and tired at the end of the day!
