Pet care experience
I have house and pet sat for 30+ years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and birds. I am open to caring for other animals. I currently have one cat, an orange tabby rescue. Previously I've had two dogs (Chow/Retriever and German Shepard) and a cat (Turkish Angora), all rescues. I've taken long term care of a rescued Greyhound. I take dogs on walks, play with them and their toys, and make sure they get lots of cuddle time, if they want it. I've house sat for folks that have finches and a fishpond. I have some experience taking care of an African Grey parrot and a Macaw. My cat is indoor/outdoor, but I understand if you do not want your cat going outside. House sitting and drop-ins are my full-time job. With the exception of current or pending jobs, my schedule is wide open, and I'd like to take care of your fur babies. Staying overnight is not a problem. I'll care for your home and pet like it's my own home. Stick to the set feeding and meds schedule. I do not give animals any people food. And unless it's an absolute emergency, I do not bring other people into your home. For house sitting and drop-in jobs, I like to stay within an 8-mile radius of where I live, which is around Central Ave and Indian School Rd in Phoenix. The sooner I am contacted about potential dates, the better. Shellei was wonderful! We are very pleased with her service. Not only did she take care of our fur baby, but we had a plumbing issue while we were out and she communicated and coordinated with me to make sure the plumber was able to get in and do what he had to do. The peace of mind I had while being out of the country is priceless. Dexter is already missing you! Thank you Shellei!

Reactions to loud sounds Peculiarities in behavior HOUSE Wifi Network/Code Keys/fobs/combinations Alarm/codes Mail/deliveries Cleaning supplies Vacuum House plant care Any scheduled inside/outside services: house cleaning, pool cleaning, landscaping, etc. And anything else you can think of. We should discuss what you'd like me to do in case your pet unexpectedly passes away while you are gone. You need to find out from your vet if they will accept your deceased pet on your behalf before you return. My pronouns are she/her. Please feel free to let me know what yours are, if that is something you are comfortable with. I am vaccinated for Covid-19. I wear a mask. Please feel free to wear or not wear a mask when we meet. A typical day
I can stay in the house with your animals. Play with them in the backyard, throw the ball, play tug, etc. If you want me to take them for a walk, I will do that in the early morning hours before the sidewalk/asphalt gets too hot for precious paws. If there is a dog park close to you that you like to take them to, I can certainly do that as well.

I am able to spend nights and most of the day at your home, with the exception of running personal errands and attending previous commitments.
