Sheldon is exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding of dog behaviour and needs. From the initial meet and greet, we knew our slightly nervous and sometimes leash reactive large pup, would be in excellent hands. Sheldon’s calming and patient nature was evident, putting both my husband and me at ease, and allowing our pup to fully relax and focus without undue stress. In Sheldon’s care, we received timely and detailed reports and the cutest pics of our pup, further solidifying our belief that Sheldon is an excellent carer for our dog. We’ll absolutely be booking with Sheldon again, and we highly recommend his services!
Sheldon exceeded expectations, overall amazing experience! We are first time Rover users. Also it was our first experience with having person come into our home to watch our very nervous dog. Sheldon built an immediate rapport when meeting our suspicious dog. He was professional and responsive from the first inquiry communication to the last . He took amazing care of very nervouse dog . What we did not expect was how great he was looking after our home. He stayed in our home and he left it sparkling clean- it actually was better when we got home than when we left it. We had a unexpected mouse guest while we were away and Sheldon notified us and cleared our our pantry to save our food and set traps. We were away for 10 days and for once I was not wondering how our dog was coping with our absence- Sheldon sent lots of photoes of their adventures.
Sheldon is an incredible pet owner! Both his dog Sassy and cat Manny are tremendously loved and meticulously taken care of! Sheldon loves to go on long walks and adventures, Manny has even been harness trained and taken out! I trust Sheldon implicitly with my cat Jynx and just about anything else. He is kind and thoughtful and always goes the extra mile to make certain everyone is taken care of, having him around sets me at ease because Sheldon is on top of everything!
Sheldon is my go to for any and all pet care. He has walked and cared for all of my dogs both past and present. Not only is he a wealth of knowledge for pet care and dog training, he treats my pups like his own. He is the most responsible, reliable and loving pet care professional I have ever come across. You and your fur babies will be lucky to welcome him into your daily or weekly routines. For all of you kitty parents out there, he also has extensive experience with cats!
