Pet care experience
I'm a full-time teacher and part-time petsitter. I've been an animal mom/owner for about 6+ years now. I currently have two kitties, named Lucky and Luna, who are both very friendly and love to play / co-exist with other cats. I previously was the dog mom of a (9 year old) Chihuahua also who was chronically ill, however she recently passed away; but because of this experience, I am also able to take care of sick/disabled animals, as long as there is explicit instruction on how to care for them. I am usually available most evenings and weekends. Looking forward to caring for your fur babies ❤️

Shelby was very caring and attentive to my cat for his 8 day visit. She made sure he played with his toys and was aware of how to introduce him slowly to her own cats. She let me know how he was doing which was important for a cat mama. She was lovely to communicate with, very responsive and sent me pictures every day. I recommend Shelby!

Our male cats, Gyro and Minxie had such a wonderful time with Shelby and her cat, Luna. We were concerned about how their interaction would go, but from the moment they got to her home, they made themselves right at home! Shelby took such amazing care of our cats that when Gyro got home, he meowed for her and Luna all night! We just couldn't believe it! We can't wait for Shelby to look after them again next month!!!! She's awesome!!

A typical day
I can take them on long walks around the area along with taking them to the different dog parks (if for a dog). I have tons of toys for them to play with (both dogs and cats) and will also give them lots and lots of snuggles and love ❤️
