Pet care experience
I've had cats for many years. I currently have two, a female that is around 13 years (inside only pet) and a male that adopted us in Feb. 2021 - vet aged him around 5 years (he is an inside/outside pet). I have had several dogs in my lifetime. I currently have a male 1 year old Shih Tuz and recently adopted his mom who is 7 years old. I have dog sat for friends in my home often. I have had cats that as they aged they had medical needs relating to diabetes and what they called kitty pneumonia. IVs daily, sometimes twice daily, blood sugar testing and monitoring (keeping a log), insulin injections, special food (keeping pets separated for feedings), oral medications.

My pup is the nervous, insecure type but she loves Shelby and comes out of her shell and has a good time. So glad we found Shelby on this app!
My pup is the anxious type. She’s always so scared to leave our house but as soon as she gets to Shelby’s house, she gets so excited. I highly recommend.
My pup had a great week with Shelby! I got the sweetest pics and videos throughout the week! Will definitely book Shelby for our next trip!
Ms Shelby is the best/ only person I feel comfortable leaving Tag with/ when we pull up to her house he jumps out like he is home.

I prefer to keep your pet in my home because I have 4 pets that need me at home too. I will take necessary steps if your pet doesn't like cats or dogs and if your pet doesn't like something specific. I will play with and entertain your baby like it is one my own. We take walks daily. If your baby needs medication on a schedule I can make accommodations to be certain they are well taken care of. Please communicate this information to help ensure I can accommodate the needed schedule.

Let me know if there are any medical issues or dietary needs so that I am well prepared. I want to be able to care for your fur-child properly for any medical or dietary needs. I also need to know if your pet is: cat or dog aggressive, needs to be in a kennel, not housebroken. Basically - I need to know everything about your baby. :)
A typical day
Because I work days, Mon-Fri we walk one time a day, usually, sometimes two but up to three times on weekend days. We play fetch and tug of war. I let Ollie, Buster and Callie out in the back yard to romp and play. On the weekends I try to walk them at least twice a day. Yes, Buster, the cat, walks with Ollie, Callie and me. You will receive LOTS of pictures of your baby while in my care. Just ask my friends and family - I share mine ALLLL the time.

Pet care fits in like raising kids. It works into each and every day from feedings, potty breaks, watering, entertaining, exercising...anything they need. And they are oh so spoiled at my house!!
