I have had one or two dogs at a time for my entire life. A house without a dog feels empty to me. My beagle Darcy means the world to me and I always want her to be taken care of, which is why I know how others feel about their dogs. I have cared for my own dogs, my grandma's dog, a rabbit, and a neighbor's three cats. I know these animals need love and attention, as well as someone to take care of their needs even when their owner is away.
