I am a dog trainer, so I have a lot of experience with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments! I also grew up on a farm, and have had every kind of animal out there. I work around my current career schedule and I have a set schedule but I'm sure we can find something that works for you! If you have any other questions or concerns I am happy to answer them. I do require meeting with you before hand to get to know you and your dog, in home or otherwise! Being a dog trainer, I am also willing to help you train your dog in-home, to help you have the best experience with your animal as possible! Shelby has been my dog trainer since my puppy was 6 months old. After 5 months of diligent work, my puppy is now a lot better behaved (especially for her age), and it is in great part due to the unconditional love and understanding that Shelby gives to all dogs. She has a clear passion for taking care of all breeds and sizes of dog and keeps them mentally stimulated and overall happy. If I ever needed a dog sitter, I would most definitely ask Shelby before anyone else, because I know that she would do the best job.
Shelby is a compassionate and caring person and I would definitely recommend her for this position. She has been our dog, Muggsey's trainer for the past several months and we are very satisfied with her classes. We love Shelby but more importantly she loves Muggs
I met Shelby when I got my Sheepadoodle Elvis when he was 8 weeks old. I wanted to make sure because of his size he was very well trained. He is now 6 months old and we have been taking classes with Shelby. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a tremendous amount of patience and she is great with all dogs. Elvis absolutely loves her and he is learning a lot from her and gets so excited to see shelby every week. I would trust Elvis with Shelby to watch and take of Elvis anytime. Elvis and I are very fortunate to have met Shelby and learn from her.

I need to know of any behavioral issues! Jumping, Barking, etc. Are they food aggressive? Dog Friendly or no greetings? I can manage aggression and health issues but I need to be warned ahead of time as I only take on one special case at a time.
A typical day
I’m newer to the area, but if you have park recommendations I’d love to hear them! I love trail walking, and I’m willing to walk anywhere! I also do in-home training!

Availability
I currently work at a veterinary clinic starting at 7am every day. I have an hour lunch break and get out around 7pm. I have two days off a week and can do drop ins on any day.
