We are beyond grateful for our experience with Shelby and her family. This was our first time using Rover, and Shelby immediately helped us feel comfortable and confident leaving our dog Maddux with her. When we arrived, she had temporarily put her own dogs in another room to give Maddux the chance to acclimate to his new environment. Shortly after we left, she sent her first update showing Maddux playing with her dogs. He was a little nervous the first night, so she gave him some extra love and one-on-one time to help him feel comfortable. We were away for several days, and Shelby continued to send consistent and detailed updates about how Maddux was doing. She planned several activities throughout his stay, including water playtime and long walks. When it was time for us to take Maddux home, she packed up all of his things for us and had him ready to go! We picked up a clean, happy, and healthy dog who is now snoring on our couch, exhausted from his adventures. We highly recommend Shelby and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

Shelby was awesome! She allowed this nervous mom to meet her before our scheduled drop off. She sent pics and updates everyday and I’ll definitely be coming back!
