This women is all about gross negligence and should not be taking care of anyone fur babies. She is a determint to a pet owner . Upon return from a cancelled flight and travel hell day to my house, I found no pet sitter and my dog had been inside for over 12 hours. And no pet sitter who was scheduled to be at my home in the Moring and for a 4 day stay. When I texted the pet sitter “what up?” She immediately responded saying “everthing is fine, sitting on the sofa with your pets”. It was lunch in the gut. I was alone and my dog was in pain..he held it in the whole time, I can’t tell you how upset I am still over this whole experience She had no intention of taking care of my dog, and had no problem telling me she was. Had I not returned at 8pm at night how long would he have been inside before going out. All we have is trust and the way she quickly lied means she has no problem doing it and has probly done it before. Rover has been amazing she blocked me and rover has allowed me post this due to the fact I have sent them her text and her admitting she lied and tried to cancel it herself so she wouldn’t have a record of it. She has probly blocked others from posting reviewes about neglect

Shelby is wonderful! She took excellent care of our pooch and kept in communication our whole trip.
