Hi there! Im Shelby. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and horses since I was about 10 years old. I’ve owned every kind of animal imaginable, including hamsters, rabbits, rats, horses, dogs, and cats. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming facility that partners with the city shelter for a year now, and have experience with everything from bathing dogs and cats, to nail trims, to walking reactive dogs. I can medicate even the most stubborn of pets, and have experience in hospice and senior care as well. I have trained puppies, ran daycare packs, walked human reactive dogs, and have experience with pet mobility issues. Animals are my life, and rescue is my passion. I have two rescue dogs of my own currently and I have been rescuing since I was a young kid. I come from an animal loving family, and I would love to spend some time with your furry friends and make them a part of my extended pack! Anything you have, I am willing to to try to handle. I believe no dog is a bad dog, and every pet deserves a chance to go walk and enjoy the sun and see new sights. If you have a shelter rescue you feel like you can’t take out in public, call me. I can work on socializing your friend and making them more confident, while letting you take a break. Rescue rehab is hard, but so worth it and I am absolutely willing to help these dogs and their families on their journey. If you’re dog has no issues at all you can also still call me! Sometimes it’s just nice to know that your friend is in experienced hands. Every pet I meet becomes my family, and that is a guarantee.
