I would not recommend Shelby for a special needs animal. I own paralyzed animals. She did not care for them as agreed upon. She arrived late, did not follow our agreed schedule and left early. She then apologized citing three different excuses for her behavior. My pet requires attention every three hours. Water and food must be offered and soiled bedding must be changed. She waited nearly six hours to come by. I came home to an animal covered in urine. My animal was thirsty and hungry. I was terribly disappointed. Shelby has a very sweet personality up front, however I feel she is irresponsible and unreliable. I got the impression she was lying to me about why this happened. I had left my phone number in case there was an emergency, yet she failed to call me. However, when I contacted her wondering where she was-she responded immediately with several different explanations. In short, I wish I would have found someone else.

everything was great and I got plenty of updates and photographs while I was away. The house was left tidy thank you
