Hello! I am a work-from-home dog lover with a work-away-from-home husband and we have one goofy six-year-old pup of our own, Hank. Hank is a Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix who loves spending time with other dogs. While we're sure he'd love a brother, he's more than happy to share his home with temporary siblings for now! We live on a quiet "half-moon" (almost cul-de-sac) just outside of the beltway in the Jefferson Manor neighborhood of Alexandria. Our home is a three-level duplex and our yard is fenced in both the front and back of the house. Having both yards fenced gives Hank and visitors lots of space to play along with the option for some alone time if needed. Any of our guests would enjoy at least two walks and as much yard time as they'd like per day. We truly love dogs and promise to treat your pup as our own while he or she is in our care. Our home is set up with a mischievous dog in mind and we have plenty of doggie-designated toys and treats for your pup to enjoy during their stay. Shelby and Kyle did another excellent job with Lacey. She is so happy with them I wonder if she really wants to come home when I pick her up. Just kidding, but it seems like they provide a perfect dog vacation for her.
Shelby and Kyle do a great job with Lacey. Just picked her up after most recent stay and it seemed like she did not want to leave. They provide a nice safe environment with lots of attention and many photos. They are our go to sitter.
