Pet care experience
I am currently working towards a degree in Animal Sciences, with a dairy option at the University of New Hampshire. I will be finishing my degree online in order to work as I finish schooling. I have experience as a veterinary tech, and I have trained multiple dogs throughout the years. I have also worked at the Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society, both caring for and evaluating animals. I jave special needs pet experience, including running IVs, and giving medications (aurally, orally, injections, etc.). I am not squeamish or shy with any animal, and I have the ability to separate animals from my personal pets. I live in a large apartment in Newport, NH. There is a cute town that is very dog friendly, trails, parks and water are aplenty! I will be working with animals at my day job, and will have a flexible night schedule.
