Instagram: @mutt.manners I have worked in the pet industry professionally for 12 years. I have experience around all sorts of animals. I got my first pet snake named Jake when I was 5. I grew up on a farm with livestock as well as exotics in the house. My first "job" was doing birthday parties with my Dad and his exotics crew. I have a passion for animals and believe in a mutual respect for all living creatures. I am a force free home and your fur, feather or scale babies will be treated like family while they are with us. Our family has 4 dogs (a Belgian Malinois, Duck toller, mini aussie and a spit fire long haired chihuahua) as well as 3 little kids under 10 Any dogs boarding in our home MUST be kid friendly. Dog walking and in home visits have no restrictions. I have experience with both nervous and aggressive dogs. I have 4 dogs if your dog is dog friendly and would like a walking buddy or playmate. Dog sitting dogs must be child friendly. Walk schedule may vary. In tact males who are boarding will have an additional fee as I have an in tact male and it is a lot of management. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns as I'm quite flexible. In addition to regular walks, I also offer "runs." A 30 minute run is $30 or 60 minutes for $50 Please ask me about training services or nail trims!!

Shelby is amazing with any animal she works with! She is a certified dog trainer so I know I can trust my dogs with her completely and that they'll never learn any bad habits in her care. She has the patience, compassion and knowledge that so many animal caregivers are lacking nowadays, and for those reasons, I will never use another dog sitter if I can help it! Shelby is delightful and I (and my dogs!) strongly recommend her as a dog sitter.

I work with multiple rescues and have lots of experience with feral dogs. The makes me quite adept at keeping dogs secure. I have a fully fenced in half acre. I'm certified in pet cpr and first aid. I've also had 2 years experience as a veterinary technician.

A typical day in our house includes fetch, walks and dog park adventures. We are very accommodating to our clients specific needs! We also offer added training to your dogs stay for an additional fee.
