I am very sorry to be giving Shelby a 1-star, but wish I could give a 0-star. She stopped visiting and communicating halfway through our trip, and left our dogs alone for 20 hours before we finally got a message from someone with her phone saying that she was not available to go to them. The Rover emergency line was of little to no help, and no one on Shelby's phone replied when tried to find out if she had a back up. Very luckily we were able to get a neighbor to stop in, and we cut our trip short and raced home (from 600 miles away) to rescue them. We are grateful they are okay.
Shelby was wonderful with my two big dogs, and I will absolutely hire her again!
Shelby took good care of my furrbabies (2 cats and a dog) while we were on Spring Break. By the end of the week even our most standoff-ish cat had warmed up to Shelby. I will definitely use her pet sitting services again!

I currently work 7-4 Monday-Friday and off weekends. If I’m not at the office I’m at home waiting to give all those fur babies the love they deserve!
