Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. My aunt runs her own dog-training business that I’ve been around, my friends all had dogs growing up, and I have had my fair share of pets (including cats). I’ve watched others’ dogs and cats, and genuinely love all animals! All pets deserve love and care, and sometimes they just need a little understanding!

Shelby was reliable, punctual and took great care of our 2 dogs!
Shelby was great! She handled our two big boys with ease. Our Moose can be a problem child, but she handled him appropriately and didn't run for the hills because of his grumpy butt! We greatly appreciate your patience and willingness to work with him! She was even able to gain the trust from our skittish Spooky, who usually hates new people!
Shelby was incredible as always :) She stayed with our Louie while we were out of town for the longest trip we’ve taken without him. She made us feel nothing but reassured that he was doing well and sent plenty of pictures and videos.

I work to gain the trust of any pet I encounter, and go from there at a pace that is comfortable for them!

I’m happy to accommodate any type of dog or pet that might need a little extra love. My cat needs medication and special attention, so I understand! Just let me know ahead of time what medications are needed or what actions need to be taken to make your pet comfortable!
A typical day
I love to integrate play methods for pets that they like best! Whether that’s walks, toys, cuddles, or fetch - I’m here for it all! We have a beautiful park in North Ridgeville, but any parks will do. If the beach is an option, and it’s allowed, I’m also happy to let them play down by the water!

We have our own pet, a three year old cat that we adopted from a shelter! I work from home, remotely, so I am able to care for my pet, as well as any others who may need it, from anywhere that has WiFi!
