Shelby was great! She worked with me on drop off and pick up times and sent plenty of pictures of Shadow! I would highly recommend her to anyone :) our girl was as happy as could be when we picked her up.

We have two senior dogs that have anxiety, are very needy, and have arthritis and one has a skin condition, and the sitter that typically takes care of them when we have to go out of town was unavailable. So we took the risk with Shelby and to be honest, as long as Shelby is doing this, we will continue to go to her. She sent us constant updates, photos and even videos of them. She also responded very quickly to our questions. Our other sitter took her time to respond and sent photos too, but for some reason, our dogs were always panting in the photos and looked a little stressed. We thought it was normal, since they are out of their home and in a new environment, but the photos Shelby sent, our dogs looked very comfortable and relaxed like they normally would at home, not panting or stressed. She cuddled with them and they happily slept on her bed! Her home is bright, has a large, fenced backyard, and her roommates were extremely loving and sweet to our dogs as well. Of course when we went to pick them up, they were ready to go home, which any dog would, but the stress level was much lower than past experiences. I'm sorry for the long review, but if you are anything like us, who treat your dogs as your children, it's extremely important to leave them in capable, loving hands. And we definitely felt that way with Shelby.
