Pet care experience
I've grown up around dogs all my life and will shower your pup with love, care and attention. I've grown up with golden retrievers but I'm comfortable with all breeds as long as they are well trained & well behaved. I love running so I'm happy to take the pup out for walks/runs/dog parks. I cannot have medium/large dogs in my apartment so I would need to come to you, but small dogs are OK. I work Monday-Friday 9-6 in the south loop but I am free on weekends to spend all the time in the world with your dog. I've signed up for Rover because I can't have a dog of my own yet due to lease constraints, but I would have 3 dogs if I could :) I have a ton of experience and I focus 100% of my attention on your fur-baby.

Shelby watched my three dogs (aka fur-babies) for a week while I was out of town. They are medium/large dogs, with a lot of energy, and require daily walks. Shelby took great care of them. I knew they were getting the love and attention I always want them to get. I highly recommend her!
Shelby volunteered to watch my dog when I was in need of a last minute sitter. I work with Shelby and knowing her love for animals I trusted her with Pancake (yes, that's my dogs name). This might have been one of the best weekends my dog has had while I've been away. She clearly got all the attention she asked Shelby for and friends in the neighborhood all let me know that they saw the two of them out exploring all weekend. Shelby was also already familiar with the gentle leader which I use which was a plus. I have given several other recommendations for her when friends have been in need of a sitter and I'm happy to be leaving this recommendation now.

I don't have breed preferences, but I need to work with well trained and well behaved dogs that don't have any aggression issues. I have dealt with dog bites/dog fights in the past and do not want to be in a situation where I can't separate two dogs from each other if something were to happen.
